Dr. Criley is a physician, educator, and entrepreneur. She has over 30 years of experience across clinical care, academic medicine, and K–Gray education. An Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCLA, she has held leadership positions at top institutions including Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, Stanford, and UCLA.
A Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine, Dr. Criley has been recognized nationally for her excellence in hospital medicine, education and mentorship. She was selected as one of U.S. ACP’s Top 10 Hospitalists . In addition, she was selected 2025 Top 500 Inc Female Founders.
Driven by a passion to make science and health literacy more accessible, Dr Criley co-founded Indelible Learning. Indeed, Indelible Learning is an innovative EdTech company that creates immersive, evidence-based education games for K–12 learners and beyond. Her work spans health, science, civics, and career exploration – engaging students in critical thinking and 21st-century skills through authentic, relevant, and experiential learning.
Dr. Criley has been a Principal Investigator on multiple Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants funded by the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Education. She is recognized for her expertise and leadership in research, innovation, and learner-centered design.
In addition to her roles as a clinician and innovator, she is a sought-after speaker, mentor, and consultant at the intersection of healthcare, education, and technology. Stuart Criley is an innovator, inventor and educator with over 25 years of experience in the e-learning industry. He has developed and delivered award-winning websites, programs, applications, and serious games for K-12 education, higher education, and the biomedical industry.
As co-founder and COO of Indelible Learning, Stuart brings expertise in educational technology innovation, game-based learning, cross-disciplinary learning, and mobile and web-based delivery. He has led the development of transformative educational programs and serious games designed to be authentic, relevant, and impactful.
As a Principal Investigator on multiple National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants, Stuart has spearheaded research and development in medical interactive technologies. He is also a recognized SBIR expert and grant manager, driving innovation at the intersection of technology, education, and health.
Stuart has conducted hundreds of workshops in health and science education, designing unique programs that emphasize transformational learning experiences. He has provided professional development in STEM education and presented at regional, national and international conferences. His work on educational games and interactive media has been published and applied from primary school to graduate education and beyond.
